The Proprietors
Shirley and Cofield Hilburn definitely have a love affair with Victorian Crow’s Nest – a romance they’re anxious to share with you. The couple relocated from Atlanta to the Charlotte area in June of 1995. Cofield was pursuing another challenge in his career with The Foxboro Company; a company he had been employed by for 24 years. Cofield gladly accepted this opportunity since North Carolina is “home” for both him and Shirley.
Soon after purchasing the Crow’s Nest estate, Cofield and Shirley immediately started to work with their ideas, and together created a full service wedding and banquet facility that takes care of even the finest detail.
